I am intrigued by the recent release of Capitol police video that shows the innocence of the “Q Shaman” who participated in the January 6th protest in Washington DC. However, there is another aspect of the events of that day that seems to be overlooked: the discovery of two pipe bombs.

According to reports, two pipe bombs were found outside the headquarters of the Republican and Democratic National Committees in Washington DC on January 6th. The bombs were discovered by Capitol police officers who were responding to the clashes between supporters of former President Donald Trump and law enforcement officials.

Despite the seriousness of this discovery, little has been reported on the investigation into who placed the bombs and what their intentions were. It is known that Vice President Kamala Harris was scheduled to be at the DNC headquarters that day, adding to the severity of this claim.

Given the resources of the federal government and the extensive surveillance footage available from that day, it is surprising that more progress has not been made in identifying those responsible for the pipe bombs. I am left wondering why this aspect of the events of January 6th has not received more attention.

It is important to emphasize that any speculation about who might be responsible for the bombs should be done based on credible evidence. However, it is equally important that we do not overlook the potential significance of this discovery and the need for a thorough investigation.

As the investigation into the events of January 6th continues, it is my hope that law enforcement officials will make progress in identifying and holding accountable those responsible for the pipe bombs found that day.
