Lefties, We’re Talking About You – But You Still Don’t Get It
It’s a fascinating phenomenon. You could be sitting in a room, pointing at a group of people, calling them out directly, even describing their exact behaviors in vivid detail—and somehow, they still don’t realize you’re talking about them.
Welcome to the world of modern leftists.

The Art of Self-Unawareness
We’ve all seen it: a viral clip of a protester screaming about “fascism” while simultaneously demanding censorship of opposing views. A social media activist decrying capitalism… via their iPhone… while sipping a $7 oat milk latte… in a Starbucks. The irony is so thick you could spread it on toast.
And yet, when you point it out, their response is: “Wait, who? Me? No, no, you mean those other people.”
No, buddy. We mean you.
When Satire Becomes Reality
Once upon a time, people could laugh at themselves. But in today’s world, satire barely exists because reality keeps outpacing it. You make a joke about leftists thinking words are violence—next thing you know, there’s an actual bill proposing jail time for offensive tweets.
You jokingly say that some activists don’t know basic biology, and then—boom!—we’re in a world where Supreme Court justices can’t define what a woman is.
At some point, you have to ask: are they in on the joke, or is this just an advanced level of self-delusion?
The Leftist Superpower: Projection
If there’s one thing the modern left has mastered, it’s projection. Every accusation is an admission:
- “You’re a threat to democracy!” (Translation: “We want to control elections.”)
- “You’re spreading misinformation!” (Translation: “You’re telling the truth, and it’s ruining our narrative.”)
- “You’re a racist!” (Translation: “I have no argument, so here’s a label.”)
It’s like watching someone throw a boomerang and then act surprised when it comes back and hits them in the face.
The Greatest Trick the Devil Ever Pulled…
Perhaps the most impressive feat of the leftist mind is its ability to listen to a speech, a joke, or a critique directly aimed at them—and then turn around and say, “Wow, those other people are so dumb.”
You could be standing there, pointing at a giant sign that says, “THIS IS ABOUT YOU,” and they’ll still nod along, agreeing that somebody else must be the problem.
So, where do we go from here…
Honestly? We’re not sure. At some point, reality always wins. Whether it’s the economy crashing under bad policies, woke corporations going broke, or common sense making a miraculous comeback, the truth has a way of shining through.
Until then, we’ll keep pointing it out, they’ll keep pretending we’re talking about someone else, and Triumph the Insult Comic Dog will have endless material to work with.
And to our leftist readers (if you’ve made it this far): Yes. We’re talking about you.
